Country House with Swimming Pool and Tennis Court

The hamlet of Bepton is nestled in the foothills of the South Downs – 15 minutes drive from Goodwood Motor Circuit. This beautiful 5 bedroom country house is tranquil and spacious with calm living spaces and beautiful grounds and is topped off with a private tennis court, swimming pool, hot tub and parking.

The front door takes you into a welcoming hallway and the kitchen is on the right. There is large table for family dining and views across the garden and swimming pool.

The living room is spacious and comfortable with big sofas and an open fire and there is also a snug and wc on the ground floor.

Outside is a beautiful terrace and dining area, lovely gardens and 14 meter long swimming pool and hot tub. Please be aware that the swimming pool is not fenced and because of this we do not allow any non-swimmers. There are no steps into the pool.

The tennis court is astroturf and guests are welcome to borrow tennis rackets if necessary.

Upstairs the master bedroom has magnificent views across open countryside and steps lead up to the en suite bathroom. This bedroom has a superking size bed. There are 3 further bedrooms (kingsize and 3 queensize beds) and a family bathroom.
