Welcome to No. 6 The Grove, a beautiful and family-friendly holiday bungalow just 450 meters from Felpham Beach. This charming property combines comfort, style, and convenience, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, or corporate guests attending events like Goodwood Festival of Speed or Goodwood Revival.

This property features three spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and its own en suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. For families needing extra space, two additional single mattresses with bedding can be arranged for children (advance notice required; additional fee applies), allowing accommodation for up to 8 guests. Outside, enjoy the large private garden, which includes a lawn and patio with outdoor seating and a BBQ—perfect for summer gatherings. Private parking for up to 4 cars ensures convenience during your stay. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, making this a truly family-friendly retreat.

The stylish and functional living spaces include a modern kitchen, fully equipped for preparing delicious family meals. The open-plan design seamlessly connects the dining and living areas, with French doors opening directly to the garden. The cozy living room is complete with a wood burner and offers a welcoming spot to relax after a day of exploring. As a single-story bungalow, this home is ideal for guests with reduced mobility, offering easy access to all rooms without stairs.

Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The king-size beds, tasteful decor, and modern en suite bathrooms (two with showers and one family bathroom with an overhead shower) provide a luxurious experience. For young families, up to two single mattresses can be added to accommodate additional guests (£30 per mattress, including bedding, sheets, and towels).

Guests traveling with dogs will appreciate the pet-friendly policy. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a fee of £25 per dog (up to 7 days; £25 per additional week). To maintain a safe and pleasant environment, dogs must not be left unattended, go upstairs, or sit on furniture, and guests are kindly reminded to clean up very carefully after their pets.

Located just a short stroll from Felpham Beach, this home offers easy access to the coast. Take a relaxing walk along the promenade, visit cheerful beach huts, or stop by one of the friendly beachside cafes. Beautiful bungalow, spotlessly clean, well equipped with a lovely garden. The photos didn’t do it justice. Laura was helpful, responsive and accommodating, clear instructions and always available to help. Felpham has a beautiful beach only a 10 minute stroll away and the Lobster pot is well worth a visit. 3 pubs in walking distance of the bungalow. Would recommend the Fox, good food and atmosphere. The Thatched House does lovely lunches. Would definitely visit this place again - thanks Laura.

We had a lovely, comfortable stay for a long weekend. My husband and I were with our elderly mothers and the bungalow was perfect as we each had our own comfortable bedroom and ensuite together with lovely open plan living for ease of mobility. The large garden was a great additional space with outdoor furniture. the bungalow was very clean, light and airy as well as being perfectly situated for trips along the coast. Felpham itself is very pretty. we loved The Lobster Pot cafe and Fino restaurant and would highly recommend.

We loved our stay in Felpham. The house is a short walk to the beach. There are 3 pubs in the village, a convenient shop, and 3 good places to eat/ have coffee etc right on the beach. The house was comfortable and pretty well equipped, and the garden was perfect for eating outside, and for our dog to run around.

We had a lovely stay in Felpham. The bungalow was perfect for 4 generations and we really enjoyed the garden. The property is well kept, clean and has everything you need for your stay. It's in a quiet location, with an easy walk to the beach. We would definitely come back here!

Back in South Australia now after an amazing holiday get together with friends and family from the UK and Canada. The property was perfect, excellent layout, great finishes, amazing kitchen and absolutely designed for the whole family to be all together. Great location with lovely walks, pubs, beach etc. obviously if we had come in the summer we would have made the most of your wonderful garden, but what a wonderful warm environment to be in when the snow is falling. Our grandson could not believe his luck with toys in nearly every cupboard, he was well entertained. Thank you for a stress free relaxing time and definitely a home from home, would love to stay again next time we are in the UK.

Great stay, as described and seen in images. Property was clean and tidy on arrival, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. Location was perfect, couple of minutes to the beach, 20 minutes into town and central to coastal walks. Garden was safe, secure and spacious for an active cocker. Private parking for 2 -3 cars. Pagham harbour is a must is you like scenic watery hikes. The lobster pot cafe and dining on the promenade was used regularly and served a great fresh selection of food at reasonable prices. The Fox inn is a real ale pub serving home cooked fresh food, both were very accommodating towards dogs and staff friendly. An all round great stay.

Lovely, quiet setting a short stroll to the beach, walk along the prom to Bognor, about 30 mins or in the other direction to Middleton-on Sea, again about 30mins 3 fantastic sized bedrooms all with en-suite, very large kitchen with everything you needed large dog safe garden with various seating areas, BBQ, firepit, large lounge and dining room. Parking at the front for 2/3 cars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
