The gated entrance takes you into a private parking area which accommodates up to 4 cars. Guests enter in through the hall and there is a living room and study to the right and kitchen, dining room and WC to the left. Upstairs are 4 lovely bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom and the other 3 bedrooms have double beds and share a family bathroom.

Outside the terrace is perfect to sit and have supper outside or enjoy the sunshine whilst a little further into the garden is a fun outdoor bar and summer dining area which gives the house a real holiday feel. There is also a fun games room with ping pong and darts.

Bosham is a vibrant sailing village with a lively pub and wonderful walks in either direction. The sandy beaches of the Witterings are about 15 minutes away and there are plenty of fun family excursions nearby including Arundel Castle, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, hiking in the South Downs and trips to the beach all within easy striking distance.

Bosham is just over 15 minutes from Goodwood making it an ideal base for the Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival.
