This is a gentle evening Festival for all the family. There is magical lantern parade, with large paper lanterns, plus festive entertainment featuring traditional carols, Father Christmas, roaming musicians and a Christmas tree lighting ceremony. There is also a selection of vintage amusements and rides, reminiscent of the traditional fairgrounds of yesteryear.
There are always an array of seasonal treats such as roasted chestnuts, mulled wine and hog roasts – it is a lovely old fashioned way to get into the holiday spirit before returning to your gorgeous Laura Lye holiday let cottage and putting your feet up in front of the fire!
