Set in the heart of Arundel is The Old Cornstores: a large three bedroomed property brimming with glorious English old-world charm. There is a large family kitchen, living room, bathroom, shower room, cloakroom, snooker area and a spacious private terrace.
Guests will be able to park right outside the property to unload the car on arrival which is a great bonus in Arundel where parking can be challenging. You are welcome to leave your car here for the duration of your stay but if you take it out for day trips we cannot guarantee your space on your return.
There are wooden floors throughout the daytime living areas which gives the house a lovely traditional feel and makes it practical for family stays. Well behaved dogs are allowed for a fee of £25 per week but they are not allowed to be left at the property unattended.
The kitchen is full of traditional character and there is a Rayburn to cook on which also keeps the house warm throughout the day in the cooler months. The kitchen table comfortably seats 6 guests.
There is a beautiful double aspect living room with fireplace and two large sofas. Bedroom one has a double bed with en suite shower room, bedroom 2 is a double and there are 2 single beds in bedroom 3. There is a large family bathroom and a cloakroom on the ground floor just off the terrace.
The Old Cornstores is located at the end of Tarrant Street which is the most vibrant street in Arundel where there are many cafes, restaurants and antique shops to be enjoyed. Arundel Castle is less than 10 minutes walk from the house and there are plenty of places of interest to be explored without even having to get into the car (please refer to the section marked Arundel for full information).
