This annex is set in the grounds of Priory Farmhouse Annex: a beautiful grade 2 listed building in picturesque countryside just outside Arundel.
The property is located very close to Arundel train station and the centre of Arundel town is less than 10 minutes walk away.
There is a pretty terrace to sit and enjoy the West Sussex sunshine and private, secure parking for up to 2 cars. The kitchen is fully equipped and has sitting for up to 4 guests. The living room and bedroom are both on the first floor. There is a sofa bed (additional cost of £10 per night) should you need to sleep 4 guests rather than just two.
Well behaved dogs are allowed (additional cost of £25 per dog per week) but they must not be left unattended on the property. There are wonderful walks right from the door with a footpath from the top of the owner’s fields.
Please note that we are in a good area for the internet with speedy 4G service. There is 2GB of memory provided on the portable dongle which will be given to you on arrival so you are able to check emails and do a little internet surfing during your stay but more data can be purchased via the property manager in advance of your booking should you use the internet for business or for heavier use such as streaming films etc.

Arundel is only 11 miles from Goodwood Racecourse and Motor Circuit which are the homes of the famous Goodwood Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival and Glorious Goodwood making it the top destination for accommodation over the festivals.
