Laura organised this through the owners of the property Annie and Philip. A gated house, with a completely private outbuilding in the grounds of an old priory. A lovely private spot, with a complete fenced in paddock for our puppy to roam free in. The hosts were lovely people and so very helpful for us. Positioned so well in Arundel you could walk up in to town. Thanks so much for our stay.

Very nice self contained private house with a spacious kitchen/diner and large upstairs living room. It was clean and comfortable and ideal for the last minute short break we were looking for.
Annie the host was very helpful and the fenced off dog proof paddock especially appreciated.

Had a lovely stay at the cottage. The owners of the main house were wonderful, very friendly and welcoming. Always happy to help and great communication both leading up to our stay and when we got a little lost finding the place. They have a lovely dog called Polly who got on very well with our dog. The location was perfect, a 10 minute walk into the town and some lovely walks right on the doorstep.

Me, my husband and our dog had a very enjoyable 3 nights at this self-contained 1 bedroom cottage in Arundel. The greeting given by the owner Annie was fabulous - very kind, gracious and friendly. The property was very private; completely separate from the main house, it felt like there was no-one else there! An easy, level, 10-minute walk gets you into Arundel with its abundance of pubs, cafes and shops, all of which are dog-friendly. Inside the property is everything you need for a short stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bedroom roomy enough for two people. Overall, we had a great time in Arundel and the cottage provided a great base for exploring all of the nearby attractions and villages in that region of the South Downs.

A great location close to the centre of Arundel and even more convenient if you are arriving by train. A lovely space with everything you need and lovely hosts. Thoroughly recommend.

The cottage was a little gem of a place, great location for Arundel and surrounding areas. Very clean, tidy and a lovey court yard to sit after a exhausting day out. Annie & Phillip were on hand if needed and were very friendly. Fantastic all round.

Just back home after a wonderful few days in Priory Cottage, whilst attending the Goodwood Festival.
We couldn't have asked for more welcoming hosts in a cottage set in serene and picturesque surroundings yet only a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of beautiful Arundel!
Definitely highly recommend this cottage to any couple considering visiting this pretty part of the country.

Accommodation was within the grounds of the owners house felt very safe and secluded with gated access. Very dog friendly, could take the dog out within the grounds of the main house as well as access to an adjacent field for exercise. Owners were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome. Location was great on the edge of town close enough for the towns shops and restaurants and near main A27 for travelling elsewhere. Had a very relaxing enjoyable stay and would thoroughly recommend.

Wow, what a perfect location for a weekend getaway. Annie & her husband were amazing hosts. From pre-trip information, during and after our stay, they were attentive, welcoming and friendly throughout. They promised our dog Paris would love her stay at the cottage, they weren't wrong there. Plenty of local walks outside and the property is pretty much made to be dog friendly. The stay was covid safe, we will hopefully be returning soon for another weekend.

Arundel is a great location and the cottage was well placed to explore the town and the surrounding countryside on foot. Host communication was good, and we really appreciated Annie’s extra touch of providing milk and eggs on our arrival. The cottage was a good size for two people, and we enjoyed being able to cook for ourselves in a proper kitchen.

This air BnB was a haven from the busy town, it was a space to relax. The host was lovely and very accomodating. The special touches, such as getting breakfast in really added to the hospitality of the trip. A great space to walk your dog through local fields. It was a home from home.

Spent 4 days at this cozy cottage perfect for 2 and your four legged friend-it is exactly as described the cottage is in the grounds of what was once a Priory. The owners were very friendly and helpful. A surprisingly quiet place considering the fast flow of traffic off the A27. Close to walks along the river Arun, and the South Downs.
