The ground floor has a comfortable sitting room and there is also a twin bedroom on this floor with ensuite shower room/toilet.
g.On the top floor are two bright double bedrooms – the master bedroom has a TV with Netflix and an ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Bedroom 2 also has an ensuite bathroom with a bath (with shower), toilet and basin.
There is no private parking at the property but parking in the streets around is unrestricted. Pets are not allowed.
Arundel is a wonderful place for all ages to enjoy with the majestic Arundel Castle (usually open April-October), imposing Cathedral, museum, cafes and antique shops all within a few minutes’ walk. The children will love the boat rides from the centre of town, the lido, mini golf, boating down at Swanbourne lake and the Wetlands Centre where they can feed the ducks.
There are a wealth of places of interest and fun days out in the area from the magnificent Petworth Park to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard to the archaeological wonders of Fishbourne Palace or the World’s most glamorous racing events at Goodwood.
For those who love shopping a trip to Brighton is a must and for those who enjoy live theatre Chichester Festival Theatre is renowned for staging some of the best plays before they are taken to London. The beach is less than 10 minutes’ drive from the cottage and the walks right from the door up through Arundel Park and beyond are breath-taking.
