Outside there is a glorious swimming pool (with 5 sunbeds, outdoor seating and safety fencing around), trampoline, huge lawns, swing, football and rugby goals. The long table on the terrace outside the kitchen seats up to 12 for lazy lunches in the sunshine.
Inside the house there is a wonderfully spacious family kitchen with a large dining table which leads onto a family room with TV, plenty of DVD’s and junior pool table. There is a comfortable living room with open fire, a ping pong room (this room can be set up to be a formal dining room if required), a ground floor toilet and utility room with washing and drying machines.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms: the master bedroom has a romantic four poster king size bed and ensuite bathroom, bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and bedroom 4 has 2 single beds (with truckle bed) bringing the maximum sleeping capacity to 9 guests. There is a family bathroom on this floor.
Please note that this house is used as a family home for much of the year and so although cupboards will be cleared for your use there will be various drawers etc which are solely for the use of the owners. The house is extremely comfortable but as the family have 3 boys do be aware that it is not designer perfect and the childrens’ rooms have posters etc on the walls. There are 2
studies which will be closed off but there is a computer in the playroom for guest use.
There will be 1 car and 1 van parked on the drive but there is parking for up to 3 additional cars.
Additional maid service can be arranged on request. No pets are allowed.
