Reviews

Lovely place to stay and great to be in the centre of Arundel. Lots of beaches and the South Downs to explore. We had a brilliant time.
Sarah - September 2024
Laura’s place exceeded expectations. It is so charming and right in the middle of town. We loved staying there and will certain do so again!
Pedro - July 2024
Really nice house, part of the nextdoor house, where the owners live (we met them, very friendly). Very clean throughout, and thoughtfully decorated. All conveniences covered, including microwave, smart TV and French Press for coffee. Location is superb, just a short way from the High Street and all of the fun stuff. Two doors down from the Eagle pub (not noisy at all), and very close to the King's Arms and Norfolk Tap. Really nice bathroom with a great shower. Bedroom is downstairs along with the bathroom, open plan lounge/ kitchen at street level. Can't fault it!

This place is a little gem if you like to be in the hub of everything. The town centre and many local attractions are right on your doorstep. The split dwelling was lovely.
Louise - April 2023
Thank you Laura for the hosting. We’ve enjoyed our stay at Arundel. The property is located at the town centre right next to lovely shops and restaurants. Parking could be a bit challenging in the town centre at Arundel. But overall I’d recommend this place.
Joan - June 2022
I would definitely stay again. Great communication and info about the local area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean with nice shower. Great location for Arundel and surrounding areas
Darren - May 2022
Great location for exploring Arundel and the Sussex coast in general. Street parking was not a problem even if you cannot park right outside the door. Train station was only a short walk away if you fancy time off driving. Overall, a great base, well maintained.
Steve - November 2021
Laura’s place in the heart of pretty Arundel is a fantastic base for exploring the South Downs. The space is comfortable, homely and well-equipped. We really appreciated the detailed welcome book and enjoyed some brilliant day trips and amazing food that had been recommended - dinner at The Parsons Table in Arundel was particularly wonderful! Although parking was sometimes a little tricky, we loved returning to Arundel in the evenings for sunset walks by the river, drinks outside The Kings Arms and dinner at one of the many lovely restaurants. Thanks to Laura who was conscientious and accommodating throughout. We’re looking forward to our next trip to the South Downs.
Mimi - August 2021
Ideally situated as virtually in the centre of town. Parking was a bit of a problem, but only to be expected for a central location. Plenty of restaurants and cafes on the door step, plus the South Downs Way within easy reach. Made one mistake as didn't manage to get around the castle. You have to pre-book and it was fully booked the whole of our stay. With the current restrictions advisable to book ahead.
Allan - June 2021
Beautiful cottage in a great location within walking distance of all that Arundel has to offer. The cottage is very well equipped, tastefully decorated with a lovely courtyard garden. Laura was a very helpful and accommodating host.
Suzanne - April 2021
Perfect self-contained flat. The location couldn't be more convenient.
James - October 2020
We had a really great week at Laura’s property in Tarrant Street in Arundel (I know she manages several places!) The house was great - beautifully located - a really well done renovation - well equipped and spotlessly clean when we arrived. It was central but also really quiet at night which was great. The owners (both lovely!) live next door - but I think one bonus here is having the property professionally managed by Laura. All the arrangements have been great and Laura is a fantastic communicator. I appreciated some touches that you don’t always get: welcome drinks; a really thorough house manual; and a well stocked first aid kit. We’d definitely stay in one of Laura’s properties again. Thanks for a great week!
Neill - August 2020
A lovely small cottage close to everything you need. We stayed there with our 10month old and there was plenty of space for all three of us.
